Marucho is currently without bakugan, while all the other Resistance members are good to go. That's when he comes across Aquos Elfin, who he believes to be his new Baku-Partner. However, he is pitted in a battle against Mylene Pharaoh, the devious Aquos brawler. Can Marucho prove himself to Elfin before Mylene renders him defenseless?
